@JaiQuetzalcoatl You can say the words then or before you go to bed or even during the day - your consciousness will know what you are creating but on waking in the early hours is the most powerful time to do this yes

@FelipeSparx29 well in a way this is what it is although done naturally - The Pineal Gland contains DMT which we activate when in an expanded, spiritual state. The Nine tell me "we flood your body with psychoactive chemicals when you communicate with us "
