@lydiabru you can play these scales and still not have a manouche sound ... i believe the first lesson is to hear and get a feel for the way he is playing that gypsy tone

It should be added that this is a D harmonic minor line and will sound nice over Dmin too...he kinda finishes it like that .Hip over A7 too...just finish on the C#
