@thyagarajesh agree sir. its not being an engineer. I myself business major sometimes hard to find or digest tht some ceo are very poor communicator. as Nitin Nohria and C.K Prahalad(worlds best thinker) used to say leadershiip is an art and ethics is heart. make them take oath like doctors and lawyers :-)

Is it only me.. think.. most big CEOs are boring to listen when they speak and I wonder how they can be effective in communicating with their employees. It should be something to do with me being an engineer.
