What method to release the slide do you prefer? Overhand, slide release, cant then rack. Which is faster?

Hello Aaron,
I shoot IDPA and am wanting to get my kid into shooting. Of course she is 5 right now. I showed the wife some of Tori's videos and told her, this is what I want our kid to do when she gets older. The plan is to take the kid to the range soon, of course uNDER COMPLETE CONTROL DIRECTION, ETC.

@HeadBoxShot Actually Tori made this herself. She sat the camera on the table in front of her. When she walks forward you can see her turn it off. Thanks for viewing.
P.S. Did you think I stood in front of her and held the camera? My matrix skills are WEAK!! I would not have been able to dodge those bullets. :)

Just curious how early did you start your kids in shooting? In my state they aren't allowed to use firearms until 12. I'm hoping my kids will take an interest in the shooting sports. Started them on airguns but they haven't had much interest yet.

@melbourne0 All of my kids start at age three. I had them seated and shooting a single shot cricket .22 rifle and single shot .22 revolver while resting on a sandbag. All the best and I hope your kids develop a passion for the shooting sports!
