The hardest part about stocking a home bar for variety is not the liquors (which, with the exception of vermouth, will basically keep forever). The problem with having a variety available at home is the mixers. Keeping ginger beer, orange juice, simple syrup, dark simple syrup, pomegranate juice, coke, tonic water, soda water, and fresh lemons/limes/oranges/whatever on hand can be very tricky... as most of these mixers will go bad on you if you don't plan for particular drinks.

@cuiqueiro what about Caipirinha lovers in Europe and China? drinks have gone international and technically everyone knows about them nowadays. a drink isn't confined to one society anymore. I think a Cachaça is now as important as a rum in a home bar

Cachaça is not your regular bottle in you house, unless you are nostalgic brazilian away from home.
i think he wants to run our pockets empty

Wild Turkey is fucking lethal, the best drink out of the US by far. Warning after 4 or 5 of those babys you are likely to get arrested and/or shot for no particular reason.
