Police say a Palestinian driver simply went on a rampage -- knocking over at least one bus and destroying several cars. Police are calling it an act of terrorism. They say the bulldozer driver was shot and killed. A man -- suspected of killing eight people in two states -- has been captured near St. Louis. Nicholas Sheley was captured outside a bar in Granite City, Illinois. A bar patron who noticed Sheley's picture from television reports contacted police. Some wayward dolphins will be able to swim wherever they wish this 4th of July. A pod of dolphins have been calling the Shrewsbury River in New Jersey home for the past two weeks. Environmental officials say the danger of trying to move or scare the dolphins back into the ocean outweighs the risk of letting them stay. Actress Angelina Jolie appears ready to give birth to twins. She has checked herself in to a French hospital ... Which says she is under doctor's watch to rest up before giving birth.
