Happy anniversary, Danger Days! On November 22, 2010 My Chemical Romance introduced the world of the killjoys. One year later, we're still fabulous and louder than god's revolver and twice as shiny!
We love you, MCR! Please come to the Philippines again!
Thank you for everything. We loved Danger Days, as well as the older records, and also look forward to your upcoming work! You inspire us in more ways than we can express.
Thanks to everyone who have been watching this so far! We had no video experience prior to this, but you know what, we were like "Screw it, we want to make a video! Let's just borrow a camera and we'll figure the rest out along the way!" So you see, if a bunch of noobs like us managed this then certainly you can do whatever it is you want as well! Just go for it!

SOME BACKGROUND INFO FROM JIN:
I loved the universe that was inspired by the record. The post-apocalyptic world of California 2019, Better Living Industries, and the conflicts between killjoys and dracs on the outskirts of Battery City. And really the whole aesthetic with its bursts of loud color and hints of Japanese inspiration.
I'm glad my friends were totally into the idea too, so we got around to planning for our own take on the concept and just doing a random fun video of ourselves being killjoys and fighting our own little battles and celebrating who we are and the way we stick by each other no matter what. We all helped each other put together our costumes, directed each other's scenes, and just had a criminal amount of fun at the shoot!
For a longer description behind my design for Death Berry, as well as why I chose that name and character + a bunch of sentimental things about MCR and singing to the world, you could go check out my Tumblr post here: http://behindinfinity.tumblr.com/post/13113664935/the-story-behind-death-berry
Hope you enjoy watching as much as we did filming this!

So full of win~ You guys are awesome. Probably some of the best Killjoy designs I've ever seen--it seems like it'd be relatively simple to throw together a good Killjoy getup, but a lot of people don't really end up achieving the style quite right. You guys did :D
On the video itself, it was shot very well and the music was cut pretty decently (noting this because that didn't quite sound like the "Music Is the Weapon" cut...).

@OathkeeperAlexiel Thank you so much! It's cool to hear that from someone who has an eye for their style! I totally get what you meant. That's why it took quite some thought for us to finalize our outfits. They had to have the feel of the original, but also reflect our own personalities. :)
That's encouraging to hear for our first attempt at video! And actually, the audio was straight from Art Is The Weapon, but with parts from the beginning and end cropped out.
