  • I think the pizza should stay for a longer time in the oven. It seems they are so light baked. Dont they feel heavy on your stomach? grtz

  • you need a better fire to the rear of the oven and let it heat up more..

  • I'm sure the ambers from the fire are still there, but if you just raise the pizza to the top of the oven for a few seconds, you get the refractory heat that grills the top for a better pizza!

  • I think they waited till the fire made the oven extremely hot, and put it in there, its prob the same temperature, but no fire.

  • Looks like it wasnt cooked, try lighting the thing first.
