  • @ajzile Read his entire comment, especially the part where he stated his 03 GT, with VVT-i...

  • @ChingaiBinga well he could have a gt with a 2zz swap

  • @RamaLamaDingDon The rev limiter on a Celica GT is 6800 rpm making your claim of revving to 7000-8000 rpms bogus. You need to google some more info on the differences between VVT-i and VVTL-i or come get schooled on tech facts at newcelica(dot)org. The only thing "kicking in" is your butt dyno feeding your ego..

  • hmm

  • @ChingaiBinga Well, that's not ENTIRELY true, I have a -03 GT, with VVT-i engine, and at 7000-8000rpm it "kicks" in, and when I shift gear, it stops. It doesn't give any more power or anything, sound only. (Sorry for possible English mistakes, I'm from Finland)

  • Thats a GTS, motor is the 2zz. You can tell by the valvecover and only the GTS has Lift which is what you're hearing, VVT-i doesn't 'kick in' its on all the time. But Lift kicks in at about 6k rpm, unless adjusted with a PowerFC or other standalone ECU.

  • @MaiLaujLover1 Are you sure it's VVT-i and not VVTL-i? Noone has said yet if it's GT or GT-S

  • did yall hear that VVTI SOUND KICK AT :08 GOD DAMN THATS SEXY

  • WHERE DID YOU GET THAT???

  • What power did it make? Is the car stock, apart from the intake?
