These men have no chance at a job, for they are too poor, and nobody knows what to do - but stand around on the corner and stare. It takes a lot of faith in humanity to live there: I have tried, more than once. How we can let our brothers and sisters get so sick is mysterious to me. There is no housing, no meaningful assistance, and no welcome to another city. What do we expect of these men?
