I needed to give up my job as a nurse thank's to such heavy dudes. They killed my back. It makes you very angry at them if you are in pain all the time.

@santoshiom lol, I've no doubt about that. this patient is rather slim compared to many people I've seen in the USA or Canada.

He is right..I'm no thin person but I'm not overly obese either-but in reality when you think of where and what the organs are sitting in..if you are obese, there is a lot of pressure & such put on the organs & when they have to do surgery it's hard to maneuver in that environment & you want them to save your life?? Wonder how people end up with life threatening illness & one way is to be obese.. I didn't think he was rude at all just matter of fact if you did that for a living you need humor!
