Excellent video, however you neglected the massive benefits CoQ10 provides to brain development and function. They give this to autistics and have noticed powerful improvements in their condition.

@JacksonDReynolds Thanks. I walked into a CVS and they wanted $75.00 to $85.00 for some bottles on the shelf. Way beyond my budget so I guess Iup the creek without a paddle. It's really sad that only the wealthy can afford these "natural" remedies.

@DeliverTheWord1 - No prescription is needed. It cam be purchased in its oxidized and reduced (Ubiquinol) forms at drug stores, health stores, groceries, etc. The reduced form is cheaper but is generally useless to those over 35. Ubiquinol COQ10 is the best bet for anyone, but it a bit more expensive.
