I have started my daily workout with this for the past 2.5 years. I loathed yoga (always put me to sleep) before I found this. David's Surya Namaskara A alone relaxes my neck and shoulders, dramatically reduces my headaches, and keeps my chronic pain in check every day. I'm a former dancer, now a mom, and after 30 minutes of this I've never been so limber.

Such a fantastic way to better ones self. been doing this not quite a year. the most challenging, but not debilitating effect on the body and mind. Actually wake up in the morning eager to do this...Oh, and I'm 55 y/o.
