I had that phone and absolutely hated it. The screen would think I touched in the completely wrong area and it would drop calls all the time. The only good thing about it was the camera. I switched to an iPhone.

This phone is so shitty it took me about five minutes just to post this comment. It freezes, I cant even delete text messages when I want to. I get so fusturated with this thing that I wanna throw it out the window, however, I'm not eligible for an upgrade yet.

this phone is a piece of shit. i bought mine about 6 months ago and it has been nothing but trouble. it freezes, doesn't send my texts, the screen get disorientated constantly, etc. please dont buy this phone, i wish i never did.

iht probably freezes becuase theres something wrong with it it doesnt matter if its brandnew or not. I have the LG Neon from AT&T and the thing i have to get a new one becuase i Just got mine last week and already when i call someone it doesnt ring and i cant hear them and they cant hear me
