Kelsey was born in December of 2002 and died in October of 2005 because of child abuse. She died and couldn't even turn 3 years old. Please! If you know of anyone who is being abuse or you think they are, report it! Same with if you know of someone who is abusing someone else or yourself. Go tell someone who can help.

this is beyond sad , what a beautiful little girl , what a waste of a life, if a parent can't love their child leave them go there are many people longing for a little girl like she was , who would love and cherish them , there is no need to hurt innocent little angels

I will always remember kelsey briggs, she touched my heart as soon as i watched her video, shes a poor little girl but shes been sent to heaven and i hope shes having a better life up there than she did down here with that cruel man! x <3

How did they get convicted? We have two cases on our list unsolved. The only suspects are the parents and step parents or boyfriends. It is frustrating because one case is nine years old. No one was ever charged for Dalton's murder and he was only three. I am so glad that Kelsey's murderers are in prison!!!!

That poor lil gurl. i probably know how her father felt because just two weeks ago i lost my cousin who was only 12. because some stupid wannabe gang bangers shot him for wearin a red shirt. i saw him die rite in my arms. and im 14 i should have done something. i was with him his very last moments and his last words were "I LOVE U'' and im only his cousin but i cant live without him. REST IN PEACE DAVID FOREVER 12

how sad your using your daughter...your gulity i don't care how you cut it up...your her protector period!! no excuses allowed when it comes to protecting your children...there is no confusion..its quite clear her mother didn't protect her...or she would still be alive today!! you need to serve life in prison your getting off to easy..
