@dharmaseed LOL that's a funny observation. the movie is like Full Metal Jacket where it has two distinctive parts to it. The movie is overall good and interesting but I think the second part is about materialism and how we do bad things for material purposes but we are ultimately forgiven as a sign of Christmas.

This movie has the most amazing music ever made. When I watch this movie I feel like a child again! I feel like I'm going to run downstairs right now and see presents under the Christmas tree! This is special, very special to me.

@nopoet406 You're absolutely right. That was the part when many people say that the film went downhill. Interesting considering that they used primarily British actors in the first part of the film, and primarily American actors in the last part. A statement on the pitfalls of capitalism, perhaps?
