I love this!! I taught it to my class a couple of months ago-they still ask for it every day! It is so fun to do-I do it at the end usually cause it gets our minds back to where it is important to start our day-back to God! You guys are great-I love your routines and song selection.

@gonzo7573 I just wanted to let you know these ladies are the sweetest, down to earth ladies I know. They make an effort every class to meet the participants old and new. And they always encourage people to stay after class to meet them and talk. Just my two cents.

@gonzo7573 Hey, are you serious? We're really sorry if this is true. We had a few people come up and talk to us or ask for a picture...but we were unaware of anyone who tried to talk to us and felt brushed off. Our deepest apologies if this is the case.
