@SaoirseBonnieLass I'm not an army nurse and don't really plan to be at the moment, but all women have that instinct to take care of people. Even if it's not so apparent in some women, that instinct is there. But if I lived in the '40s I would certainly be a part of it. :)

I have a lot of respect for these ladies. They were essential in WW2 but didn't get the praise and appreciation they deserved.

Oh , I would have loved to be an army nurse back in World War II ! Except , I was not born back then and even if I wanted to right now my parents wouldn't let me . :(

I'm at Johns Hopkins in the ROTC program training to graduate as an Army Nurse:] and lol - I love how at one moment they say the nurse is working to save the man's life, and she's lighting a cigarette for him to smoke! XD
