This is a short demo of the new Philips Senseo Quadrante HD7860 coffee machine, which was launched in Europe September 2009. It is based on the Senseo pod system to make up to 2 cups of coffee or other hot beverages simultaneously. It has a 1.2L water tank for up to 8 cups, and a very clean square shape design. I still have my senseo from about 5 years ago. It's time for a new machine but they basically stopped selling them in the US, while a couple of other systems have taken over. For example, you can't find this quandrante system here. I'm wondering what to do? The new systems look nice but they don't do the same creama layer and at the same time allow me to use my own coffee (coffee duck accessory). I wish Philips would start promoting and marketing new machines again.

i get a half cup when i press the 1 cup button..anoying..i did the flushing at the start...i get a decent cup when i press the 2 cup button
