The 4th Street Festival was created in 1977 by Bloomington, Indiana area artists and craftspeople to showcase southern Indiana talent. The fair has grown to include artists from all over the country. Artists Dawn Adams, Larry Spears and Ruth Conway talk about the significance of having this quality art show in Bloomington. The background music was performed at the festival by the Quarryland Men's Choir.
