@DrLuciferz ICS isn't available for any phone yet. Source code will be released in a few days/weeks and it'll be ported to custom ROM's for many many devices. Keep an eye on XDA developers :)

@chrizbie They cost a lot more than most are willing to pay. It's simpler and cheaper to get a new phone with a contract.
