DAVE GROHL W/ LOCAL BAND WARREN, OH 8-1-09

Dave Grohl plays Zeppelin's Rock And Roll with Warren, Ohio band Love Turns Hate at the dedication of Dave Grohl Alley in his hometown. Dave did a couple tunes with the band and did some solo stuff after receiving the key to the city. Dave is the coolest and the afternoon was great. Fast Freddie from 933 WNCD The Wolf was on hand to host the event. WPD SGT. Joe O'Grady spearheaded the effort.

I miss Dave's old style: high-hats at shoulder height, crash cymbals towering above, backwards drum sticks, and that Tama set with the big 14 inch tom tom getting beat to hell on his fat ass fills....THAT was Dave Grohl, man

It wasent Dave he played with a bunch of half ass hair rockers. Shit I was their with my wipers bassist friend and hated seeing those bands not Dave enjoyed his visit

that would be cool to play with dave on the drums, but really, how much would it suck to only have the crowd there for dave and not listening you at all. you'd be just a foot note during that entire set.
