Please Subscribe, Thumbs up and Favorite! I just returned from Chicago, where I was lucky enough to see the opening night performance of "Starship" the new musical from the makers of A Very Potter Musical and A Very Potter Sequel! It was a lot of fun.

What are you most excited to see in this show? What Sci Fi work would you like to see adapted into a musical or featured in this one?

There was a ton I wanted to say in this video, but as you notice, it was already nearly 5 minutes long, so I had to cut a fair amount out. But thats what description boxes are for, right?

One of the best parts of new Starkid shows at this point is guessing at what members of the group will come up with for new outrageous characters. My personal favorites were Lauren Lopez's off the wall character and her interaction with Joe Walker's lovably hilarious character. Of course I can't tell you their names, but their interplay is something else. As you might expect, I also loved Brian Holden's main character, and the way that they interwove jokes from previous shows into this one.

In this show, Dylan Saunders, who you will remember as Dumbledore from the Potter shows really has a chance to shine. He can really freaking sing! He owns the show in 2 songs, one of which is a Duet, sung by his simple yet lovable character, and which I think is the best song in the show.
