Douglas Adams, although terribly clever and witty, neglects a few facts. 1st - The odds of Man evolving accidentally are so remote as to be ridiculous. An elementary examination of DNA will refute this notion. 2 - Man is as much spiritual as physical. Science cannot explain our inherent sense of morality. Some things, particularly spiritual things, cannot be explained by reason alone, but must be experienced to be understood.

Wouldn't like to go to heaven or hell. Eternal fire and punishments gonna be painful for a couple of years, but it will just get boring. Having anything you want for eternity will also be great for a couple of years, but that'll get boring too. Reincarnation sounds the best, and is probably the least boring.
