@underpantswedgy There was a rise in low budget martial arts movies since the late 80's through the 90's. Some title champions(karate, kickboxing) tried to jump into that wagon; but never quite made it successfully. One of them was Don "the dragon" Wilson. He was a champion on real life; but on the movies, he didnt looked so great. And that's the thing: on movies, what counts is LOOKING great. Of course, there might be other things involved, but the viewer this is a general rule.

If you see the low budget and immediately write this film off, then I can only assume your the kind of person who only watches american martial arts films of the past 10 years. I feel sorry for you missing out on the really skilled martial artists on screen.

This movie is so poor...probably the worst martial arts movie i have watched. One media source compared this movie with " The warrior King" - This movie has nothing on the TWK. It sucks!

Marko Zaror is such a great martial artist! He and Scott Adkins are my two favorite ones!!
