this looks amazing with brown eyes, but would it look right with blue eyes? and, what colors do look good with blue eyes?

I found out that if you get mascara on top of the eyeshadow if you get the eyeshadow brush with the eyeshadow that you used under it and go over the mascara it'll go away :)...
