2 tours in Iraq. 2 purple hearts... I am one of the luckiest people alive. Not because I lived, but because I was able to stand next to countless men and women who gave everything they had to give and then some. I was proud to stand beside them while they fought till their last breath against those with no love for life of any kind. My condolances to the family, and my heart is overflowing with pride for my state. Thank you for supporting the men and women, even if you don't support the war.

I'm glad to see how many people actually do have respect for us in the military. . .yet can't seem to get upset at those who don't. it's not easy what we do. . .and we don't do it because we hate what's in front of us. we do it because we love what's behind us. but i do have one thing to say to anyone who doesn't support us. . .where would you be if we didn't sacrifice our own lives to keep you free? i love my family more than anything but if me dying to keep them free is what it takes. i'm gone

I have so much Respect for the people who went over and fought for us .. My uncle went over to that war .. and he ended up dieing .. so i know what thats like
