nah well 2pac lived in the bay for longest out of anywhere that he lived. so techniqually that does make him from the bay. also in his raps he always uses bay slang.

@doox420 The San Francisco falls under 9 counties (The nine counties are Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma). Stockton is part of San Joaquin County, like Tracy is and Sacramento is far into its own county. Fresno is considered Northern California, like Modesto and not part of the Bay Area's close range region like Santa Cruz is or San Joaquin County. Sacramento is a close cousin. Geographically speaking, Stockton is not in the SF Bay.
