Tess Mercer | Things You Left Behind [for Eminemgirl814]

Tess Mercer is one of my favourite characters on Smallville, and I've been trying to make a video on her for a while now. After Katie (Eminemgirl814) made me an amazing video (which I'll link you all to at the bottom), I really wanted to make her something too.

Katie, I know Tess is your favourite character on Smallville, so I hope you enjoy this. I tried to go with a song that really suits her, and I think "I don't care" by Apocalyptica kind of does that. When I was making this, I realised how many men in her life actually hurt her, either physically, emotionally, or whatnot. I remember during Season Eight, I was scared that Clark's lies would do to her what they did to Lex, but I'm glad it didn't play out like that. I love Tess. She's such a strong character, and one of the best female characters on Smallville.

I feel bad that I cut this short, and I'm terribly sorry for making you sit through her death scene again, but I really hope you like it! Just wanted to show you how much I appreciated the video you made, and how awesome I think it is! XD Thanks, again!

Aww "You try to break me" That scene in persuasion breaks my heart! Her face! God why does she have to have this scared little girl face ;_; and aww "Bit by bit" I loved that you used her stuff from Bulletproof! That's such a big scene for Tess!! I was so excited when it got to the chorus cause I knew you'd rock the beats! "All the things you left behind" OMG I love how you combined her sitting at the desk with her being left by Lionel MY POOR BABY!!!

I loved all your lyric matches!!! Particularly the "left behind" with little Tess/Lionel in Abandoned & "you try to break me" Persuasion scene! That one is hard to watch & it fits the line flawlessly! I loved the "deal with it" part with Zod. Tess' face & your beat matching was perfect! "You wanna break me" with Lionel! *cries* so amazing!
