  • love this! you do have to eat to lose weight. it irritates me to know that people starve to lose and get depressed when they don't lose, nursing scales. eat good food, and eat often...exercise.

  • Everything yousaid is right. Eat more, exercise more and you do burn calories.

  • Those glasses don't fit your face well. Thy take away from your beauty. Get nicer frames or invest in some contacts gurl!

  • could you do some sample exercises for someone who cant get to a gym or on a rainy day for a sister in the country? there is no gym in my town :(
