  • my niece had the same problem with her edges. We began using Glover's Mane for her and her edges are not only almost fully grown back but her hair has become thicker as well. You might try that if this doesnt work.

  • @mzcogic08 Okay, I'll keep that in mind. Thanks!

  • do u put something in ur shea butter mixture to give it a nicer smell?

  • @LeyaHollingsworth No mam. I was really set on buying a better smelling oil to add to it before but I've only gotten really used to the smell of it. lol I just use the Cantu Shea Butter hair spray to help with the smell.

  • vitacost is a great online health food website that has 32 oz castor oil for 10... just letting you guys know... i luv castor oil and just me ... i luv the smell (weird right) #first!

  • @swtcarmel1

  • im not trying to be negative kandee but your channel if really confusing. there are way too many categories to go into and I have to hunt and find your recent videos. its just confusing thats all.

  • @1988collegegurl4sure how often did u wash ur hair when u were apllying the castor oil or would help if i dnt wash my hair at all

  • Hi Sister. Putting more rosemary herb in your foods.. like scrambled eggs, soups, stews and in fried red skinned potaotes will help grow your hair...also. Well it works for me.. anyway.

  • Greetings Kandee, I add a few drops of Jasmine or Lavender Essential Oil to my Castor oil mix and it smells absolutely wonderful. I've been using Castor Oil consistantly and I've seen a big improvement in my weak spots. My hair just loves Castor Oil I add a little to just about everything. I hope this helps{;-).

  • it really does work! it grew out my breakage and thickened it when i usee it like 3x a week for a month.. but you do have to remain consistant.

  • Yes the castor oil does work but you have to remain consistant...apply morning and night each and every night and you will see significant results in about two months (at least that's when I saw results). I also added some peppermint oil to mine.

  • Do u think its safe to mix castor oil with rosemary water

  • Yay Kandee!!

  • doing the same thing but you should rub it into it more.instead of just gliding it on there...just in case. castor oil HAS helped me a little but i am not consistent. I am relaxed and I am thinking about getting my edges relaxed every other relaxer. Doesnt make sense to do it every relaxer. it is just going to make it worse.

  • I wish you the best of luck in your challenge. Peace and blessings...Kree
