The first clip looks like it's from Livid fest in October 1996, the second from August 1999. The third is definitely from the June 19, 1997 interview.

I'd love to see the rest of these interviews - there's a transcript for the third one, but I really want to know why Chris is poking at Daniel's head in the first clip.

They probably wanted to show Daniel's stitches and Chris was helping him to localize it for the camera. Just a guess :)
