  • how can ppl hate this car? :/ its amazing its one of the best on tracks and looks soo muscular and evil :D viper is my fav car and im european..... <3 viper

  • Below is a video link of the Viper actually racing at this track during the 24 hr. It's the longer version and the Viper chews on the butts of several Porsche's plus a few others. For full hard on effect I highly suggest headphones! The next time a jackass says a Viper can't go around a corner, simply point them to this vid as it tends to shut them up. /watch?v=AfkX0ZEZOgY

  • @dannieldd0 The revised 5th gear improved the Vipers 0-200 mph by a whopping 14 seconds

  • @dannieldd0 The new trans was a big factor

  • @ristika89 didnt pay attention.. But I wish the GT-R gets the record back! LOL xD

  • @dannieldd0 did you watch the other vid? the driver wasnt half as good, and on a 12 mile lap, 9 seconds is easy to lose with missed shifts and bad lines.

  • It's funny to see how they took 9 seconds from the previous vid without any upgrades in the car...

  • @TheStallion234 Yeah I thought it was real shitty of Top Gear to overlook the ACR or even just the SRT-10. And its not like there weren't any available in Europe for them to borrow either. I wonder how they'll act when the 2012 Viper hits the streets. Btw, we should get our first peek at it in April.

  • @2jzgtejza80 Ok I found one for 2006 model. Google: 2006 Radical Sr8 Owners Manual

Some of the info I also got was from somewhere else (like the brakes and drive shafts), but it would probably take me a bit to find it. I understand the debate about what is or isn't a production vehicle is a hot topic. This is why I made sure to state I was only giving my opinion about it. I'm ok if others disagree with me about the Radical. It is still one hell of a machine.

  • @2jzgtejza80 I found a pdf of the owners manual and pretty much copied and pasted it. If I can find it again I will send it to you.

  • @thybigballs

Radical (SR3 and SR8) ARE street legal and production cars in many EU states, but they are impractical for everyday driving.

You are starting engine like every other engine, driving like every other and pre-heating like every other in racing conditions. So your statements doesnt hold the water.
