If you are not a fan of the high bar bench press, why would you even demonstrate it. And yes wippydoddle, tuck elbows a bit and bring the bar just bellow the nipples and you should be able to push more weight

Does bringing it lower make a significantly nociceable difference in the weight you max at? I neared my body weight with high bar and i need all the tips i can get, believe me.
