Copper wire is heavy. Ever tried using either fiberglass, or even kevlar rod? I made a kevlar main bulkhead for a Cox EZ Bee once.

two quick questions
1. can i strap the rubberband from the back right to the top left copper rod and vise versa for the otherside?
2. is their a possible way to do something similar to this for wings mounted on th bottom and middle?

You should take small wooden sticks, or even better, (hollow) carbon fibre rods.
2mm thick is enough.
Copper is way to heavy for a small plane like that!

Yes, I could have done that. The wire does not weigh enough to slow this plane, however.
