RR was in his 80's here and notice his voice is crystal clear, he's not carrying a big belly and his back is straight as a ramrod--there's a true hero folks! You can't fake a performance like this--he made it look easy

If anyone could produce harmonized western yodeling it would be the Sonsof The Pioneers. But, I need an SOP historian to be sure that is in fact what they are doing in this clip.

What a treat ! Thanks for posting this. I have a CD, "Roy Rogers and Friends," where some of the country stars from about 15 or 20 years ago join him to sing some of Roy's greatest hit songs. Every one is a gem. I also have 2 CDs by the Sons of the Pioneers (more great stuff).

My best friend Nick Cutrules was a die hard Son of the Pioneer and their music.
When they came to town he spent all his time with them. He new each and everyone
of them and also sang with them sometimes. He also can sing too. He ie gone now
and I miss him my freind Nick Rest in Peace. He would have love this video!!.
