In this short video produced by Curbsyde Productions, Touratech-USA's President, Tom Myers, shares his thoughts on the BMW R1200GS motorcycle that he rode on the Utah Backcountry Discovery Route (UTBDR) expedition.
The only 1200cc Adventure bike that made the trip, Tom was able to negotiate a wide variety of terrain, from slick rock to thick mud, riding more than 800 miles across the state of Utah.

The important thing is that you're listening to your customers. It's actually something that good companies do and that bad companies don't.
Kudos to Tom for realizing that your own personal preference (in this case, his HP2) isn't the preference of everyone else. This is why everyone rides around with giant TOURATECH stickers on their bike, unsolicited.

Great videoTom ... it seems some people(TrumperVex?) don't get the point; you made the video to relay WHY you took the big GS instead of your HP2. Thankfully, some of us got the memo! Keep up the good work.

Too much talking, not enough interesting video of the actual riding.
Cutting the vid at those steps to go back to a talking head was a particularly poor choice.
