My model is an HLP 5674WX XAA

I know that my color wheel is bad, but HOW the heck do I get it out?? I'm running into these HUGE capacitors and all these wires which.. I'm afraid to unclip or go near. It's friggin scary. How do I do this safely?? Do the caps retain a charge? Do I need to discharge anything like a CRT?
