i found out that if u play on a sony bravia tv and put the resolution to standard input lag decreases a lot.

What's up man, I know this is an older video, but I wanted to know your thoughts as of now on the input lag for PS3? I play on the platform, and you know. I can deal with it, IF I have to. But it is the main thing I want fixed. And now that the patch is being pushed back, do you think that is because DICE is still trying to fix Input lag for the patch? Also, do you think that input lag is a reason to change platforms for BF3?

Does input lag happen to everybody, because I had the ps3 beta and I dont recall experiencing the lag

The input lag is slightly fixed at least for me. When I press the fire button it shoots instantly, but the right stick which you use for aiming is still a bit late and forcing me to play on 576p to get instant responding. And that in turn makes the graphics ugly and causes screen tearing. Squad and VoIP issues seem to be fixed though but damn, I should have listened when people said BF3 on PC is vastly superior. :/
