ffs, ben elton was extremely famous before this, that is why the joke works, he was famous for being sort of right-on political feminist kinda guy, and this is taking the piss, of him going round bothering people, its ironic cos the benny hill thing was always quite racey, and thus he is using the similarity of his name to take the piss out of an aspect of his character. fucking hell. do you retards need everything explained to you? go back to bed.
