Anyone who has done a triple under knows that shes doing them. You can hear it. 1 2 3 1 2 3 1 2 3. Just count ok? It's very quick.

What type of rope are you using for those? Just a normal speed rope?  I can only get 3 with normal speed rope :( What's the secret?

@oopalonga Yes I use a normal speedrope, that means: iron/metal, with plastic coating

I just started doing double unders, but I can tell these are triple unders. Watch the feet and listen to the rope. Awesome job, hope I can do these some day.
