@mattmatt115 In Europe you go to hospital when you sick and they fix you up. In Syria if you go to a hospital because you injured by army at a pro Democracy protest you frequently get arrested inside the hosptial by secret police. What happens is that the Dictator's police make sweeps through the hospitals looking for any injured protesters and they then drag them out and kill them. Hence, most injured Syrians get treated at secret makeshift medical clinics in peoples garages and homes.
