Ok, I just listended to Sucu Sucu by Cortez. The melody is completeley different to this one. I know that there are many songs in hindi movies which have origins in western songs (Dilruba mere Neeta in Dil deke dekho or Aye dil in Bluff Master) - but not really this one.

@rakeshsuwal this movie was made in 1961 and Alberto Cortez's song Sucu Sucu came out in 1963.

One of the best songs of Shammi Kapoor. His cute acts and expessions made this song more worth seeing. i love to watch this song. Thanks for this fantastic song.
