  • Oh hai! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my friend lost a ton of weight with it.

  • Thanks this video was really useful! I have been hitting the gym for two hours 5 days a week, currently I have been doing this for 2 weeks. I know two weeks isn't a lot of time but when I discovered I had only lost 2 pounds I was quite annoyed and felt all my hard work was for nothing. A positive I have taken though is that although I haven't lost much weight in pounds I am slightly smaller in inches. I know muscle weighs more than fat, so this may be another reason.

  • If a person isn't losing weight with exercise it must mean you are taking in more calories than you're burning. Don't starve yourself. Eat until your full, but fill yourself with low calorie foods. Lots of vegetables and drink lots of water. No eating after 8PM.

  • @Kincaidc easy you fucking idiot. obviously its not rocket science, but not everybody has the time to exercise 24/7 or can afford to have gym membership. no point in leaving an abusive, twatty comment. so yeah, um, fuck you, really. and nice video hayley!

  • i take a nutrition class in my college so i might have the answer and i never excersize intentionally :). the body realies on sugar, carbs, and fat but too much stores it in fat cells thats why people get ponchy in the abs. 8 glasses of water is a must (FYI-for every cup of coffee u need to drink 2 cups of water). my professor admitted that 5 small meals a day (about a cup ) three hours apart will help u lose weight by retaining hunger & exhaustion and allowing the body to process the nutrients
