I'm Malaysian. I think he IS the best vocalist of all the contestants. Very nice control, modulation, diction and not over singing the song yet he made his own. He really feels the song he's singing. I really enjoyed listening to him singing. Congratulations!

I think this is a great rendition of a classic song. I'm not surprised if a lot of Indonesian teenage girls voted for him, this is the pop-star look that they go for, and his pronunciation doesn't sound "foreign" at all to an Indonesian.

@iryani90 Well, Taufik might be a better perfomer, but come to think of it if Taufik were to be sent rather than Hady, then things would probably turn out differently. I mean, Hady's voters were all over Asia, so doesn't mean that if Taufik were to be sent there, he could actually win it. People all around Asia might not like him as much as they like Hady. Nevertheless, both of them are great idols and will always do Singapore proud. That was just my personal opinion, though :/

@iryani90 u know what , When some of the people who dun like hady watch his performance in singapore idol like 'you give love a bad name'.'through the fire' ,'you give me wings and 'rock dj. They suddenly say that Hady really deserve to win Asian Idol. For Taufik , he have proven to be an inspirational Idol. I still remember during Apm 2008 where he do backflip infront of the singer from malaysia and indonesia.

@iryani90 I also want Taufik to compete in Asian idol in the first place but since Hady also my idol so i think we should give him a chance to show what he can do. Taufik have already taste to be first Singapore Idol so i think it's Hady turn to taste to be First Asian Idol. If we did not sent Hady,i think we all will not know there is another version of Berserah. Hady renditon of berserah is not that bad and it shows that he is not a copycat and he sang the song like his own.

i'm glad singapore won and all. but i was kinda hoping that we sent taufik instead. i personally think that taufik is a better performer than hady. don't get me wrong, all hady lovers. i love hady too. undeniably, hady is gr8. just my personal opinion! n since taufik was first SI, i thought they should've sent taufik.
