Locking out isn't necessary, its bad on your joints. I bench three quarter movements and i get good results and my elbows don't hurt me either.I thought he looked good IMO.

but i just do 10 reps max so 285 10 reps

thats impressive. Ive done alot of high rep squattin but only benched 225 for 18 reps before, and for anyone trying to put those lifts down, its harder to keep constant tension than it is to lock out each rep!! Nice job man

For all those wana be know-it-all's, the difficulty of the reps he is doing with constant tension on the chest makes it harder, plus he isn't incorating his triceps for help. Kudos Royokan
