AMERICA ? SOCIALIST ? This man has lost the plot. If he thinks the USA is fuckin socialist. America is a centre right country. And is now suffering becauses of the excesses of unsupervised banking .Its the SOCIALIST economies of northern Europe that are doing , not too bad, because they didnt buy into this neo liberal, religion of "markets always correcting themselves", and acting for the common good.

If the Dow goes to 50k, then that is hyper-inflation. He is suggesting that deflation will win out and occur first before hyper-inflation. Then they will go to the printing press and this will cause runaway inflation.

"They Can't Repackage Debt Again and Sell ..." Don't we all know this is true? Commercial Real Estate Investment firms are claiming the CMBS market is coming back -- what a joke. Prechter is so right. I'm shorting the sheeat out of the market now!

The thing with prechter, he says deflation will win eventually, but fails to tell people the dow could go to 50k then crash. Just look at Zimbabwe. All hyperinflations lead to a deflationary collapse. Prechter has been telling people to sell gold since it was 300 and now its 1100. I think he is right about sitting in cash and he makes a good case though.

His explanation of what's going on is correct. He called the March 09 Bottom, he's calling a top Now. Even if he's right, people will argue he missed it.

He missed the 1987 crash, and lost all his subscribers then. And he can miss it now! He is unreliable and makes his money from subscribers.
