Anti-tax crusader makes gains in DC

When talking about US government spending, taxes tend to dominate the conversation.

And a major reason for that is anti-tax crusader Grover Norquist, the most powerful unelected Republican in Washington.

Norquist has convinced more than 200 members of congress and more than 40 senators to sign an ant-tax pledge.
