Wudang kung fu - Mysterious Fist form - 武当玄武拳 - Xuan Wu Quan

This video shows Wudang Daoist monk and traditional martial artist Zhou Xuan Yun performing Wudang's "Mysterious Fist" form.

The "Mysterious Fist" is a reference to a Daoist sage called the Perfected Warrior (真武) who is said to have attained enlightenment on Wudang Mountain, and who gave the mountain its name. The Wudang martial arts are considered internal martial arts because they focus on whole body movements, redirecting incoming force, and teach cultivation of the body's "Qi" (vital energy).
