The family of a murderer always goes into deep denial about that guilt,as though everyone else in the family will also be associated with that guilt.It's a natural defense mechanism.

Also, I have never known a defense lawyer, who loses an unwinnable case admit to the guilt of his client, regardless of th overwhelming evidence against him.

You don't possess a Masters degree, Masters in that sense is not possessive as you are the possessive noun already and therefore does not appear anywhere as Master's degree. Masters degree means that you possess a degree that shows that you have mastered the curriculum the degree does not BELONG to the masters. Anyone who actually possesses a Masters degree knows that subtle difference.
